Job summary

Offsure Global Outsourcing INC. in Clark, Pampanga invites a skilled Backend Developer to own server-side development of our web applications.

You will design, develop, maintain and optimise APIs, databases and data integrations to keep our solutions scalable, secure and efficient. We expect a hands-on Python/Django Developer with 4+ years of experience who writes clean, maintainable code and demonstrates attention to detail, quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification, technical training, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Python/Django Developer.
• Strong experience developing backend applications using Python and Django.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with XML.
• Experience implementing and maintaining JSON APIs.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Thorough approach to testing and QA.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive, hardworking, and positive can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
• Willingness to work a day-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
• Build, maintain, and optimise APIs and database integrations.
• Develop and maintain JSON-based APIs.
• Work with SQL databases and ensure efficient data handling.
• Work with XML and other data formats as required.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Follow coding standards and software development best practices.
• Conduct thorough QA testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Troubleshoot backend and integration issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop reliable and scalable solutions.
• Ensure applications are secure, stable, and performant.
