Job summary

ABSI is seeking hands-on ServiceNow Developers and Consultants across CL10 (Junior), CL9 (Mid-Level), and CL8 (Senior/Workstream Lead) in Metro Manila. The role focuses on platform configuration, scripting, custom workflow automation, module delivery, and system integrations.

Responsibilities scale with level from junior configuration to senior ownership, with mentoring, code reviews, and architecture design expected at CL8.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring at least one core ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM) or custom apps via App Engine/Studio.
• Practical exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and IntegrationHub.
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, update set management, and platform upgrades.

Responsibilities

• CL10 – perform hands-on platform configuration, scripting, and business rules development under guidance.
• CL9 – automate complex workflows, design custom portal/workspace components, and perform API integrations.
• CL8 – take end-to-end technical ownership of modules and lead workstream deliveries, mentor juniors.
