About the Role
We are looking for a Simpro Developer to join our growing team and support the development, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our Simpro platform.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements, improve workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and support integrations with other business systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on Simpro experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with both users and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and improve the Simpro platform based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, fields, reports, and system configurations.
- Support the integration of Simpro with other business systems and applications.
- Work with APIs and data to support system integrations and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Simpro-related technical and system issues.
- Investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
- Create and maintain reports and data outputs for business users.
- Assist with data management, system updates, and user access.
- Work with users to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Test new configurations, integrations, and system changes before implementation.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Simpro users.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and automate repetitive tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers when required.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience working with Simpro in a development, configuration, administration, or technical support capacity.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Simpro.
- Good understanding of Simpro workflows and business processes.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data exchange.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or databases.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating Simpro with accounting, CRM, payroll, or other business systems.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automation or workflow improvement.
- Familiarity with Python, PHP, or another programming language.
- Experience working with Australian clients or Australian business processes.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.Previous experience in a technical support, systems administration, or application support role.
