Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Simpro experience in a development, configuration, admin, or support role.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Simpro.
• Strong understanding of Simpro workflows and business processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data exchange.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic SQL or database knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and improve the Simpro platform based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, fields, reports, and system configurations.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or databases.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Simpro with accounting, CRM, payroll, or other business systems.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation or workflow improvement.
• Familiarity with Python, PHP, or another programming language.
• Experience working with Australian clients or Australian business processes.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.Previous experience in a technical support, systems administration, or application support role.
