OceanaGold (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Maintenance(Shutdown) at the Didipio mine in the Philippines. The role leads a team of planners, specialists, and engineers to execute maintenance shutdowns for the Processing Plant.

You will drive strategy development, coordinate contractor engagement, and manage spare parts to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget shutdowns while upholding OceanaGold values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7 years of supervisory experience in the metal and mining industry.
• Licensed mechanical or electrical engineer or related field.
• Graduate of mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Planners and Engineers to ensure safe, on-time shutdown execution.
• Develop and implement maintenance shutdown strategies for processing plant equipment.
• Ensure zero-injury workplace environment and budget adherence.
• Oversee scheduling, preparations, execution, and improvement of shutdowns.
