Job summary

OceanaGold (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Specialist – Maintenance Planning (Shutdown) for the Didipio mine on Luzon Island.

The role focuses on creating and overseeing maintenance shutdown and project schedules in the Process Fixed Plant to ensure timely execution and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The successful candidate will have a mechanical/electrical/civil engineering background, at least three years in shutdown planning and scheduling, and a strong understanding of

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in maintenance shutdown planning & scheduling.
• Experience with fixed plant equipment and mining operations.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify shutdown-related work-scope and review objectives.
• Prepare detailed work orders, planning, and resource allocation.
• Manage shutdown schedules and alignment with budgeted timeframes.
• Coordinate with team on materials, logistics, and progress.
• Contribute to risk assessments and continuous shutdown improvements.
