OceanaGold is seeking a Specialist – Maintenance Planning (Shutdown) for its Didipio mine in the Philippines. The role focuses on creating and overseeing maintenance shutdown schedules, ensuring safety, and coordinating resources to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance shutdown planning & scheduling.
• Experience with fixed plant equipment (mills, conveyors, crushers, pumps, motors).
• Engineering background with safety and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify shutdown-related work-scope and ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare detailed work orders, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead meetings to review schedules and budget implications.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for planned shutdowns.
• Monitor progress and complete pre- and post-shutdown activities.
