You will develop strategic plans, analyze market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver perfect promotions, merchandising, and PMO execution. You will build relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure on-time, in-full execution with strong order to cash discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling SM Group within FMCG is essential.
• Ability to drive data-driven growth and insights for category performance.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and conduct trade engagements.

Responsabilités

• Develops customer and channel specific plans from ideation to post-activity evaluation.
• Analyze shopper, category, and market needs to grow the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grow the category and drive insight selling.
• Ensure omni-store basics: availability, visibility, assortment and activations.
• Manage profitability and accounts receivable while reconciling budgets.
