Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations professional to support the marketing team with POSM materials, process improvements, and system administration. You will help ensure timely requests, accurate data handling, and high-quality activation materials across General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or business degree, strong MS Office skills, and solid project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Marketing to Procurement Liaison: ensure timely processing of requests and budget-aligned POSM solutions.
• System Management: handle purchase requisitions and goods receiving tasks.
• Reports and Data Analysis: track delivery, inventory and generate weekly/periodic reports.
• Material and Post Activation Assessment: review third party outputs and conduct quarterly material performance reviews.
