Job summary

PEPSI COLA PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Manager, Commercial Operations (Modern Trade) to review assessments of prospective business partners and analyze profitability.

You will monitor third-party delivery performance and prepare materials for stand-up meetings while evaluating salesforce productivity for improvement opportunities. The role requires a marketing-oriented business degree and at least three years in Sales Management and in the Food & Beverage industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Graduate in Business Administration in Marketing Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and endorse Prospect Business Partner Assessment Forms.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of endorsement and approval.
• Prepare profit and loss statement analysis across Business Partners.
• Ensure profitable returns for Business Partners and PCPPI.
• Calculate and assess truck capacity usage, identify usage patterns, area accessibility, and monitor efficiency.
• Create monthly reports on utilization metrics and trends.
• Summarize key trends and insights of meeting material for discussion.
• Summarize and analyze Daily Stand-Up discussions for progress and action items.
• Evaluate productivity levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Summarize findings in regular reports with key metrics and deviations.
