You will help ensure timely requests, accurate data handling, and high-quality activation materials across General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or business degree, strong MS Office skills, and solid project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Reports and Data Analysis: track delivery, inventory and generate weekly/periodic reports.
• Material and Post Activation Assessment: review third party outputs and conduct quarterly material performance reviews.

Role Overview

This position is part of the Marketing Operations Team that acts as the primary experts for point-of-sale materials that drive both General Trade and Modern Trade businesses. The role enables and supports the marketing team to by leading process improvement projects, ensuring quality marketing materials and activation requirements are delivered on time and in full and performing accurate and timely processing of system requests and other administrative works significant to Marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Marketing to Procurement Liaison

• Ensures that all marketing requests are completed within target completion dates through timely processing and regular tracking
• Provides best POSM recommendation/s within the given budget while still meeting the project requirements in terms of timeliness and functionality

System Management

• Supports marketing team through processing of system related administrative tasks. It includes but not limited to the following: 1.) Purchase Requisition 2.) Goods Receiving

Reports and Data Analysis

• Tracks delivery, inventory and other processes to ensure timely delivery
• Publish weekly and periodic reports such as but not limited to marketing materials inventory report, procurement project list and project status report

Material and Post Activation Assessment

• Evaluates third party agency and supplier output
• Conducts quarterly review of materials deployed to trade as inputs for the post-mortem reports

Special projects and tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior such as process improvements, that is, within the scope of marketing materials.

Position Requirements

• We seek preferably a bachelor's degree holder in marketing, advertisement, or in any business-related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
