Job summary

Philusa Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a proactive Marketing and Sales professional to lead category sales strategy, channel strategy, and shopper activations, building strong relations with the Marketing and Sales Officers and personnel.

You will develop and deploy account plans, oversee POP materials by channel, track merchandising, and evaluate promotions for efficiency, while gathering market data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Ability to work effectively and influence across multiple functions and levels
• Ability to lead teams and coach the team to develop
• With sales or marketing background
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and professional business relations with the Marketing and Sales Officers and Personnel
• Lead the development and implementation of the category sales strategy, channel strategy, and shopper activations
• Development and deployment of account plans for field sales to implement in the market
• Lead the development of POP materials by channel for on-going promotions/ shopper activations
• Deployment and tracking of merchandising materials
• Promotion evaluation of key brand BTL activities for spending efficiency and effectiveness
• Support Field Sales team and marketing with data gathering in the field like market trends, competitors’ activity, pricing, inventory movement.
