Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• With background or experience in FMCG merchandising, field activation, promotions, or related activities.
• With experience in project coordination, field operations, or team supervision is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in monitoring project progress and operational performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• With good data gathering, validation, consolidation, and reporting skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to conduct field visits and travel as required by the project.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Supervisors, field teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Cascade project activities, directives, and updates to Supervisors to ensure proper and timely implementation.
• Monitor the progress and execution of assigned project activities and provide regular status updates.
• Gather, validate, analyze, and consolidate operational data and field reports.
• Prepare and present weekly project, operational, and performance updates to the principal/client.
• Conduct field visits as needed to monitor activity execution and ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and field teams to address operational concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure that project activities are implemented according to agreed timelines, procedures, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities and field operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned in support of project operations.
