Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative with proven experience across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. The role focuses on delivering timely, professional support to shoppers and sellers.

You will respond to emails, chats, and calls, process orders, handle returns and refunds, run reports, and help with account tasks on Amazon Seller Central. This is a remote position based in the Philippines with a US Eastern Time schedule of 10:00 am–6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce customer service for a 3rd-party seller.
• Experience across multiple platforms: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and/or TikTok Shop.
• Experience handling customers via phone, email and chat.
• Experience processing orders, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Ability to handle disputes, claims, chargebacks and negative feedback.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and messages across multiple platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and/or TikTok Shop.
• Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns.
• Run, download, and upload reports from Amazon Seller Central.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses.
• Assist with general Amazon account support tasks as needed.
