Qualifications

• Shopify experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding order status, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries.
• Provide real-time customer support through Shopify Chat.
• Respond to customer messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, refunds, exchanges, and other support requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order issues or escalations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved concerns.
• Ensure all customer communications reflect the company's brand and professionalism.
