Job summary

KittySpout is hiring experienced Customer Support Agents for an hourly contract, remote from the Philippines. You will manage high-volume tickets across Email, with a focus on subscriptions and fast resolutions. This role offers 30-40+ hours per week for several weeks, with potential for full-time conversion.

You should have 3+ years in DTC e-commerce support, be fluent in English, and be proficient with Richpanel and Shopify. Speed and quality are crucial in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Support experience for DTC e-commerce brands
• Experience handling subscription-related tickets (billing, cancellations, saves, chargebacks)
• Proven ability to manage high ticket volume with fast, accurate responses

Responsibilities

• Resolve a high volume of tickets (100+ per day) with empathy and clarity
• Handle subscription-related tickets (cancellations, saves, refunds, failed payments)
• Troubleshoot shipping, product, and technical issues autonomously
• Maintain SLA deadlines with minimal hand-holding and macros/templates
• Hit KPIs on ticket resolution, response time, and CSAT targets
