Job summary

Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee opening, peak service, and closing procedures to ensure QSCH compliance and smooth setup for the next shift. You will drive guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, hospitality, and efficient service, while coaching team members and enforcing quality standards across dining areas and kitchens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/college degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• Preferably with related experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in food & beverage services industry.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures ensuring QSCH readiness.
• Lead floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of dining, kitchen, restrooms, and equipment.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store readiness for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to sustain top operations.
• Foster a positive, empowering work environment for the team.
• Administer the Key Management Systems as directed by the Restaurant Manager to influence results.
• Conduct regular management meetings to review operations and recognize performers.
