Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH readiness.
• Lead the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and preparation areas.
• Engage guests to provide a memorable dining experience and uphold product quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store readiness for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve excellent performance across shifts.
• Nurture a positive, engaging work environment for the team.
