Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist is followed.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and equipment.
• Ensure product quality and serving times meet standards; resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and foster a positive team environment.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Build loyalty by developing relationships with guests and encouraging repeat visits.
