Private Advertiser is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, guest service and team leadership. You will drive QSCH adherence, manage floor during peak times, and ensure exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities include marketing collaboration, staff meetings, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment, while nurturing a positive work environment for the store team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in F&B services management or related field.
• Preferably experience as Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in food & beverage.
• Experience in various restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/mid shift procedures and ensure readiness of store and team.
• Maintain floor service, ensuring hospitality and energy during peak hours.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working condition of all areas and equipment.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead closing shift procedures and prepare store for next day.
• Motivate and develop team; foster positive relationships.
• Administer the Key Management Systems to influence sales and results.
