Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow industry and project experience.

• Familiarity with security governance and performance analytics.

LTIMindtree is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Specialist to provide technical administration, operational support, and platform governance across ServiceNow production and non-production environments. This role is responsible for ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and usability while supporting users, managing upgrades, maintaining platform health, and enabling development teams to successfully deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, ACLs, and platform security governance.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively resolve system and integration issues.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, cloning activities, and post-upgrade testing.
• Support developers with configuration assistance and sandbox environment management.
• Configure forms, tables, UI Policies, notifications, workflows, and catalog items.
• Drive resolution of Health Scan findings related to performance, scalability, security, and usability.
• Manage release activities, change assessments, CAB approvals, and deployment coordination.
• Support platform communication activities for releases, enhancements, planned maintenance, and priority incidents.
• Maintain Activity/Event Calendars and develop technical process documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to implement platform improvements.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and support documentation.
