Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Advisory Manager in Makati for a morning-shift, hybrid role (3 days on-site per week). You will oversee end-to-end ServiceNow design and implementation, and lead a team of 15–20 developers, architects and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD/CSM) and strong REST/JSON integration skills, plus ITIL certification and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics and custom app development.
• Strong hands-on experience across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and ITOM.
• Proven ability to lead complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Experience with REST API / web services / JSON integrations and ServiceNow scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Development of ITSM & custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices
• Lead a high-performance team of 15 to 20 developers, architects, and consultants
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
• Creating technical design document and writing Unit test cases
• Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.) Will be essential.
• ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
• ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
• Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
• Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow ( all the modules ) across all global locations of client
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work
• Independently and with a team

Requirement:

• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics, and custom app development using App Engine.
• Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting.
• Strong track record of leading complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
