Job summary

HR TechX Corp in Pasay, Metro Manila is seeking a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert for People Operations to oversee platform configurations, workflows, and UX enhancements.

You will translate business requirements into system solutions, support testing and deployments, analyze usage, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure access and successful adoption of HR Service Delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or supporting ServiceNow platforms, HRSD preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to system solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ServiceNow SME for People Operations, managing configuration, workflows, routing logic, forms, knowledge management, and UX enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, supporting platform changes, testing, deployments, governance activities, and Tier 2 issue resolution.
• Analyze platform usage and ticket trends to identify automation, self-service, and process optimization opportunities.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to maintain platform documentation, access controls, and adoption of HR Service Delivery capabilities.
