Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a People Operations ServiceNow Specialist to act as the subject-matter expert for the ServiceNow platform used by HR and People Operations. You will configure workflows, case management, routing rules, and knowledge content, while ensuring adherence to governance and change-control processes.

The role focuses on platform ownership, high-level collaboration with regional and technical stakeholders, and continuous improvement to reduce manual workarounds.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow administration or configuration in HR.
• Experience with HR shared services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of case management, knowledge content, forms, routing rules.
• Experience in mapping and standardizing processes into system workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ServiceNow in People Operations.
• Configure and maintain case management workflows, knowledge content, forms, routing rules, and usability features.
• Translate requirements into platform change requests and configuration updates.
• Ensure platform supports approved People Operations processes and governance.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex ServiceNow issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
