Our Clients in Metro Manila asks for a People Operations ServiceNow Specialist to act as the Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow platform supporting HR and People Operations.

The role ensures employee case management, workflows, knowledge content, routing rules, and platform changes are configured effectively and aligned with standardized processes. It involves platform governance, Tier 2 support, and continuous improvement with a focus on privacy and adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration for HR/Ops use case.
• Experience with case management, workflows and knowledge content.
• Ability to translate requirements into platform changes.
• Familiarity with data privacy and access controls.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Platform Ownership: own SNOW in People Operations and configure case management workflows.
• Platform Change Governance: document changes, assess risk, test, and release updates.
• Tier 2 Platform Support: diagnose complex SNOW issues beyond first-line support.
• Automation and CI: analyze trends and propose automation or self-service improvements.
• Data Privacy & Access Controls: support privacy controls and access governance.
• Standards & Documentation: maintain guides and promote adoption across regional teams.
