ERNI Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our Mandaluyong office. You will configure HRSD components, lifecycle events, and workflows, using Flow Designer and scripting to deliver high-quality solutions across MedTech, Industry, Finance, and Transportation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related technical field.
3–5 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or equivalent enterprise modules (ITSM/CSM).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD components, including lifecycle events, HR criteria, and user criteria.
Configure catalogs, record producers, workflows, and UI components using advanced scripting.
Manage ACLs, data policies, security settings, and visibility controls in the HRSD portal.
Migrate changes across Dev/Test/Prod environments using Update Sets and ATF testing.
Collaborate with the ITD team on technical changes while ensuring upgradeability and scalability.
Create and maintain HRSD reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
