The role focuses on configuring HRSD components, managing deployments across Dev/Test/Prod, and delivering dashboards while documenting developments and supporting REST/SOAP API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or equivalent ITSM/CSM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure HRSD components including Lifecycle Events, HR criteria, user criteria, and ACLs for privacy and security.
• Prioritize out-of-the-box functionality, review change requests, and maintain scalable code to minimize technical debt and support upgrades.
• Manage deployment lifecycles across Dev/Test/Prod environments using Update Sets, testing protocols, and custom Service Portal components.
• Generate HRSD dashboards, document custom developments, and resolve defects while supporting REST/SOAP API integrations.
