Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Pasig is seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery System Administrator to translate HR requirements into stable HRSD configurations. You will build catalogs, manage ACLs, and drive integrations across the HRSD platform with ITD and HR teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and strong JavaScript/flow design skills to ensure a scalable, secure HRSD environment. Onsite work setup with 5-day office reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional ServiceNow experience, preferably HRSD.
• CSA certification required; CIS-HRSD an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HRSD components, workflows, and service catalog items using advanced scripting.
• Configure HRSD-specific elements like Lifecycle Events and HR criteria.
• Manage ACLs, data policies, and user visibility for HRSD data privacy.
• Review change requests, prioritize out-of-the-box functionality, and ensure upgradeability.
• Create reports and dashboards for HRSD metrics.
• Maintain clean, scalable codebase and document custom developments.
• Refine catalogs and documentation, ensure smooth ServiceNow integration.
• Collaborate with ITD to evaluate changes and ensure architectural compliance.
• Manage deployment across Dev/Test/Prod with testing protocols.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Other tasks within scope as assigned.
