Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Application Developer for ServiceNow implementation to design, develop, and deploy applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will deliver new capabilities during implementations and support ongoing enhancements while aligning with enterprise IT strategy.

The role emphasizes rapid delivery balanced with long-term platform stability, requiring strong collaboration, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with ITSM modules and integrations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including customization, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications.
Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.
Experience in developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy applications across the ServiceNow platform.
Deliver new capabilities during implementations and support production enhancements.
Balance rapid delivery with long-term platform stability and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.
