Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including customization, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.
• Experience in developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is highly preferred.

Your Role And Responsibilities

The role focuses on delivering new capabilities during implementations and supporting production enhancements, balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform stability and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.

• Capability Delivery: Delivers new capabilities during implementations and supports production enhancements, including architectural changes and upgrades.
• Platform Support: Balances rapid delivery with long-term platform stability, performance, and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.
