Job summary

ABSI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to independently configure, customize, troubleshoot, document, and automate workflows while supporting platform enhancements. The role requires hands-on SN development and solution design with proven delivery in projects or production environments.

You will engage in requirements analysis, SN configuration across ITSM/ITOM/SecOps/IRM/HRSD/CSM/SPM, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience.
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow product lines ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, HRSD, CSM, SPМ.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within project or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and automate ServiceNow workflows.
• Analyze requirements and design end-to-end solutions.
• Implement agile delivery and sprint execution for SN projects.
• Develop, test, deploy, and upgrade ServiceNow platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical support.
• Document solutions and own delivery.
