Job summary

77GSI is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in line with business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to map processes and identify automation opportunities, implementing workflows, UI policies, and client scripts to boost platform functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization
• Strong understanding of HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center
• Experience designing solutions that unify employee services across departments
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
• ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
• Backend development experience in C#, .Net, SQL, CloudRun is a plus

Job description

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience.
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to provide a unified employee experience across HR, IT, and other business services.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and work closely with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides for implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
• Experience in designing solutions that unify and streamline employee services across multiple departments is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience in backend development C#, .Net, SQL, CloudRun are a plus
