Job summary

Vertiv in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Service Support Coordinator 1 to deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email and chat. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support service processes while building foundational skills in communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• College graduate with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a service environment handling administrative functions.
• Experience in supply chain (order management, purchasing and logistics) preferred.
• Strong administration, analytical and organizational skills.
• Initiative and sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality support in all service administrative processes and keeps databases updated.
• Handles transactions accurately and timely with a focus on quality.
• Ensures information in databases and systems is accurate and updated.
• Prepares and submits SSA reports on schedule.
• Supports productivity improvements and personal development.
• Performs ad hoc/stretch assignments as needed.
