Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Order Maintenance Specialist in Cavite, Philippines, to support day-to-day order maintenance for pre-existing and booked orders. The role handles order entry, modifications, and contract administration, coordinating with sales, field service, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will manage purchase orders, monitor backlog, and ensure the right quotations and contracts are applied.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
Experience in order management is preferred.
Willingness to work during US business hours.
Hybrid work setup in Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

Execute order processing transactions via Oracle, BFO, SEA, S4, SAP ECC.
Manage and administrate Service Contracts and related activities.
Take ownership of all orders and provide administrative support.
Communicate with internal customers to ensure accuracy of orders and status inquiries.
Enter Purchase Orders promptly and meet KPI goals.
Ensure correct Quotations and Contracts are used.
Monitor backlog and pending orders for timely entry.
Identify process improvements and changes for best practices.
Manage personal case queue and support other queues with questions.
Support training across teams and scopes.
Manage Change orders for respective scopes and transactional questions on PS-led orders.
File and cross-train to upskill in order entry.
