Job summary

Acxelsus is seeking a Service Systems Administrator to manage setup and day-to-day administration of the client’s service management platform. You will configure workflows, load essential data, and ensure smooth operation post-implementation while training the team and providing marketing support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring or administering CRM/ERP/business platforms and training users.
• Experience with Xero or other accounting integrations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of service workflows and translating processes into configurations.
• Ability to learn new tools independently and adapt to evolving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure and tailor service management platform to match real workflows.
• Load data and catalog; keep fields concise and relevant.
• Translate business processes into system configurations.
• Test workflows end-to-end and resolve issues before UAT.
• Coordinate with platform vendor support.
• Set up and maintain integrations, starting with Xero for invoicing.
• Provide ongoing platform administration and ownership.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management.
• Provide basic inbound support via calls/emails.
• Deliver training sessions and create training materials.
• Assist with marketing content as needed.
