Acxelsus is seeking a CRM & Systems Virtual Assistant to configure and administer service management platforms, aligning them with real business processes. You will test workflows, train the team, and ensure ongoing platform performance, with additional marketing support as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in configuring or administering CRM/field service platforms and strong English communication. Remote, full-time, with focus on data integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring or administering CRM/field service/business management platforms; experience training users.
• Strong understanding of service workflows and translating business processes into practical configurations.
• Experience with system integrations, data management, reporting, testing, and user training.
• Marketing experience managing LinkedIn or company social media; basic graphic/video skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage client service management platforms to match real workflows (invoicing, scheduling, service records).
• Load relevant products/data, keep lists and fields concise.
• Translate processes into system settings; test end-to-end workflows before rollout.
• Coordinate with platform vendor for setup and updates; handle integrations (Xero first).
• Own platform post-rollout; generate reports and dashboards; ensure invoices flow to Xero.
