Job summary

SLI Consulting Inc. seeks a CRM Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the CRM Platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure) in a Makati, Philippines environment.

The role involves ensuring smooth operation, monitoring dashboards, licensing, configurations, and integrations with other systems, plus reporting and issue support across production and non-production contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure Services.
• Experience as a System Administrator for SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Source Code Management and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL).
• Experience/development or support of bank/financial applications/systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CRM platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor D365, Power Platform and Azure dashboards and perform housekeeping to control usage.
• Manage licenses for CRM users and adjust configurations to meet IT/business needs.
• Set up entities, fields and workflows; integrate D365 with other systems.
• Ensure data flows correctly and integrations operate as expected.
• Generate reports on data and performance for the organization.
• Provide admin support for production incidents and non-production events.
• Maintain CRM environments and provision necessary environments/tools for build teams.
• Support CRM projects, initiatives and SRs per IT SDLC and governance.

Job Mandate

The CRM Plaƞorm Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining the CRM Platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure)

Duties and ResponsibiliƟes

• Ensures that the CRM plaƞorm is running smoothly and efficiently
• Monitors D365, Power Plaƞorm, and Azure dashboards to ensure that usage and consumpƟons are within limits by regularly and proacƟvely performing housekeeping acƟviƟes
• Manages the assignment and removal of licenses to CRM users
• Makes configuraƟon changes on CRM plaƞorm to meet the IT and business requirements
• Sets up new enƟƟes, fields, and workflows
• Performs configuraƟon changes to integrate D365 with other systems
• Ensures that data is flowing correctly and integraƟons are working as expected
• Generates reports that provide insights into the organizaƟon’s data and performance
• Provides admin support to producƟon issues, incidents, and problems
• Provides admin support to non-producƟon events
• Maintains the CRM environments
• Provisions the necessary CRM environments and tools needed by the build teams
• Facilitates the filing of request Ɵckets related to CRM projects, iniƟaƟves, and SRs to the appropriate ITG units
• Supports the project execuƟon by providing expected arƟfacts and output as prescribed by the IT SDLC and Governance structure.
• Participate in technical training programs, collaboraƟons and knowledge sharing sessions and self-paced learning. Stays informed of new methodologies/approaches/technologies
• Participate in the continuous improvement process to ensure that CRM CoE runs effectively and efficiently
