Job summary

StaffX, based in Ortigas, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced Senior Operations professional to own the administrative backbone of a fast-moving field services operation. You will manage the complete lifecycle of every job, from client inquiry through scheduling, invoicing, KPI reporting, and project close-out, while maintaining direct phone communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven five years in operations or project administration across multiple environments.
• Strong communication via phone with clients; professional and confident.
• Experience documenting and tracking variations across concurrent jobs.
• Familiarity with job management systems and scheduling platforms.
• Able to own and drive end-to-end job workflows with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end job workflow from inquiry to scheduling, invoicing, and close-out.
• Handle phone-based client communication throughout the job lifecycle.
• Maintain employee scorecards and produce operational KPI reports.
• Track and document variations across active jobs with precision.
• Implement workflow automations using ChatGPT, FastField, or equivalents.
• Support Directors, Project Managers, and field teams with coordination.
• Own job completion processes independently and ensure follow-through.
