Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced automotive service supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, supervise mechanics and technicians, and drive service performance.

You will coordinate parts, tools, and workshop resources, ensure accurate vehicle diagnoses and repairs, monitor quality and turnaround times, and create programs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
• 2 years minimum in supervision or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop operations.
