• Prepare Parts Request Forms (PRF) with necessary parts, quantities, and approvals, ensuring proper signatures.
• Oversee assigned technicians, providing technical support and guidance when necessary.
• Validate repair recommendations and secure approvals before proceeding with repairs.
• Conduct road tests after repairs to confirm issues are resolved and work quality is maintained.
• Maintain workshop readiness, monitor the condition of tools and equipment, and recommend repairs or maintenance when needed.
• Ensure all work activities comply with safety standards and company policies.

The Leadman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the workshop or service area to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance. This role involves overseeing job assignments, managing parts requests, assisting technicians, and maintaining tools and equipment. The Leadman acts as a key link between management, technicians, and other workshop personnel to ensure that service tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record detailed job descriptions, job orders, vehicle details, and client special requests.
• Prepare Parts Request Forms (PRF) with necessary parts, quantities, and approvals, ensuring proper signatures.
