Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation invites a Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive service department, ensuring efficient workshop workflows, high-quality vehicle servicing, and strong customer satisfaction.

You will supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Mechanics, drive service sales, monitor productivity, and ensure timely repair completion while complying with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive service operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and workshop management skills.

Responsibilities
