Shangri-La Group is seeking a Service Leader - Front Office (Horizon) to join our team in Manila. The role focuses on leading Front Office operations, guest relations, and Horizon Club services to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in Front Office/Club Lounge, strong English communication, and the ability to motivate a team. This on-site position requires flexibility to work extended hours in a premium hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in Front Office and Club Lounge with supervisory role.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.
• Willing to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Have a complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
• Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
• Take note, collect, and take action on any guests’ preferences.
• Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedure.
• Supervise Horizon Club operations and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.
• Know all the emergency procedures and the appropriate response during each emergency situation.

Key Responsibilities

• Have a complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.

About You

• Is presentable, articulate, and well-groomed.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language).
• Is a college graduate.
• Has a relevant experience as Front Office and Club Lounge with a supervisory position.
• Has strong engagement, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Is able to lead and motivate the team.
• Takes ownership and initiative.
• Has knowledge of OPERA (preferably).
• Is willing to work long hours.
