Makati Shangri-La in Manila seeks a Service Leader - Food & Beverage (Sinfully) to drive guest satisfaction and service excellence in a luxury setting. You will lead the restaurant team, engage guests, and ensure top-quality standards across daily operations.

The role requires strong English communication, passion for F&B, and a collaborative, self-motivated approach. This is a frontline leadership position within a premier hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with restaurant guests and maintain high quality service standards.

• Look for ways to increase satisfaction from Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective.
• Support daily operation with forecasting, weekly schedules, and restaurant profitability evaluation.
• Take responsibility, with the Service Manager, for the restaurant's look and atmosphere.

We are hiring for a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Sinfully).

As a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Sinfully), we rely on you to:

• Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintain high quality service standards
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Consistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.
