Job summary

Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking a Chef de Partie to maintain high standards of food preparation in a luxury hotel environment. You will work within the busy kitchen, ensuring consistency with our service and hygiene guidelines and collaborating with the culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel, be a self-starter and team player, fluent in English, and ready to work shifts to support our Horizon Club and kitchen operations.

As a Chef de Partie, we rely you to:

• Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri‑La's service and hygiene standards
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
• Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
• Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
• Support theSous Chef on daily operation
