Job summary

Speedcast International is seeking a Field Dispatch Co-ordinator to support our Global Field Engineering team from the Philippines. You will log dispatch requests, assign engineers, and coordinate travel, visas, and site access, ensuring on-time arrival and full equipment readiness.

The role requires strong organization, English communication, and the ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation across time zones. Offshore, maritime, and remote site experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics coordination or field service operations (2+ years).
• Experience in satellite/telecom/offshore industries desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log dispatch requests, confirm scope, priority and site requirements.
• Assign experienced Field Engineer or approved third-party based on location for the job.
• Coordinate dispatch with customer site, arrange travel and accommodation for engineers.
• Review HSE requirements and travel security for offshore, maritime, remote sites.
• Identify and arrange spares/logistics, maintain 24x7 on-call dispatch coverage.
• Create pre-dispatch work packs and post-dispatch documentation for close-out.
• Update ServiceNow Work Orders across the dispatch lifecycle.
