Qualifications

• High school or senior high school graduate; college level is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations or dispatching preferred (2+ years).
• Familiarity with inventory systems or dispatch software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time-management and documentation accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch operations and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (e.g., delivery receipts, packing lists).
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to ensure timely shipments.
• Check product availability and confirm accuracy of items for dispatch based on sales orders.
• Ensure loading procedures comply with company handling and safety standards.
• Track dispatched items and address delivery issues or delays proactively.
• Maintain records of all dispatched orders for inventory and audit purposes.
• Communicate with sales, inventory, and customer service teams to align on fulfillment priorities.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and warehouse process improvements.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries.
