TASQ Staffing Solutions in Clark, Pampanga (Onsite) is seeking an Account/Process Trainer for the Service Desk Financial team. The role emphasizes training needs analysis, curriculum and content design, and effective course delivery to raise agent performance.

You will lead cross-cultural teams, collaborate with multiple functions, handle attendance tracking, evaluations, and training schedules, and ensure plans are executed on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 4 years of total BPO experience, with at least 2 years as a trainer within BPO or shared services.
• Background or knowledge in Tech Support or Service Desk roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules in Clark

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: Accurately identify training requirements.
• Provide follow-up support on the floor to reinforce learning and enhance performance.
• Curriculum and Course Design: Demonstrate understanding of course development methodologies.
• Content Development: Show expertise in content creation and ensure development methodologies are applied.
• Course Delivery: Utilize effective training techniques and methods for delivering sessions.
• Research Methodology: Basic knowledge of research principles with guidance.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with various functions and stakeholders.
• People Management: Build and lead cross-cultural teams; manage conflicts.
• Planning, Organizing, and Administrative Skills: Handle attendance tracking, evaluations, scheduling, and coordination with TIG/Facilities.
