The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in BPO, with 2 years as a trainer, strong communication, and willingness to work rotating shifts within Clark. The package includes quarterly bonuses and health coverage for the employee and dependents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 4 years total BPO experience, including at least 2 years as a trainer.
• Background or knowledge in Tech Support or Service Desk preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules in Clark.
• Able to work onsite.
