TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an Account/Process Trainer for Service Desk Financial, based in Clark. You will lead training needs analysis, design curricula, develop content, and deliver sessions on-site.

The role requires collaboration with multiple functions and client teams, while managing scheduling and resources efficiently. Qualified candidates have 4+ years in BPO and 2+ years in training, strong communication, and a willingness to work in shifting Clark schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Total BPO experience of 4+ years with 2 years as trainer.
• Background or knowledge in Tech Support or Service Desk.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Amenable to shift schedules in Clark and onsite.
• Quarterly performance bonus offered.

Responsibilities

• Training needs analysis to identify gaps and sustain learning.
• Design curricula end-to-end using standard methodologies.
• Develop content and ensure appropriate delivery methods.
