Job summary

Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking a Service Associate - Finance (Receiving) to join our finance team in the heart of Makati. You will verify goods received against specifications, review Purchase Orders, and ensure invoices are stamped and acknowledged by end-users.

Daily and monthly reports, receiving logs, temperature logs, and other related records will be prepared, supporting efficient and accurate Receiving processes while upholding professional ethics and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Ensure all goods received meet SLIM quality and quantity standards.
• Check Purchase Orders for Right Supplier, standard specification, price and quantity.
• Ensure invoices are properly stamped and acknowledged by end-users.
• Prepare receiving reports, undelivered items reports, rejection logs, and temperature logs daily; and late deliveries monthly.

Responsibilities

We are hiring for a Service Associate - Finance (Receiving).

As a Service Associate - Finance (Receiving), we rely on you to:

• Ensurethat all goods received are within the standard specification set by SLIM as to quality and quantity
• CheckPurchase Orders in terms of Right Supplier, standard specification, price and quantity
• Ensurethat invoices are properly stamped and acknowledged by the end‑users
• Preparereceiving report, undelivered items report, rejection log report, and temperature log report on a daily basis and prepares the late delivery and deliveries not passing receiving report on monthly basis
