Qualifications

• Prepare receiving report, undelivered items report, rejection log report, and temperature log report daily; report late deliveries monthly.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and quality specs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for receiving and invoicing processes.
• Monitor and report on delivery timeliness and temperature records.

We are hiring for a Service Associate - Finance (Receiving).

As a Service Associate - Finance (Receiving), we rely on you to:

• Ensure that all goods received are within the standard specification set by SLIM as to quality and quantity
• Check Purchase Orders in terms of Right Supplier, standard specification, price and quantity
• Ensure that invoices are properly stamped and acknowledged by the end-users
• Prepare receiving report, undelivered items report, rejection log report, and temperature log report on a daily basis and prepares the late delivery and deliveries not passing receiving report on monthly basis
